The BioFind is a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind device for scanning the entire horse’s body. Whenever living tissue is damaged or injured, there is a change in electrical resistance in the tissue relative to the surrounding area. The BioFind helps locate these areas by reading variances in electrical resistance in the tissue. It emits an audible signal when it locates these variations so that the area can be marked with a watercolour crayon. The BioFind can help locate compromised areas such as sore muscles, tendons, nerves and joints. It can also help locate internal problems by detecting active acupuncture points. When used in an ongoing fashion, the BioFind has great value in helping prevent problems (such as bowed tendons), by often detecting electrical changes BEFORE obvious physical damage occurs. Called "a window to the body" by medical professionals, the BioFind is simple and easy to use, requiring no special knowledge; however, the more you learn, the more efficient you become.
The BioPack is a powerful, versatile therapeutic light device utilizing both infrared and super-luminous red light for application on areas pinpointed by the BioFind™.
Biolight 3000 This would have to be one of the most powerful, small hand-held units available on the market at a very affordable price. The Biolight 3000 is a unique therapeutic system proven effective in the treatment of a multitude of animal ailments and chronic discomforts. The Biolight 3000 has 14 infrared and 16 super luminous visible red diodes that deliver photodynamic light precisely tuned to specific frequencies. Numerous studies have indicated that infrared light stimulates healing enzymes within cellular structures. The device is completely portable and operates on rechargeable batteries. An absolute “must have” if you wish to have a hands on part in the ongoing suppleness of your horse’s muscular health, or in your first-aid kit to assist with muscular pain, arthritic joint pain and wound treatment.
The PEM Ring is a magnet powered by an electric current from the BioPack. This powerful accessory generates a deep-penetrating, oscillating magnetic field. It is especially indicated in problems that directly benefit from deep penetration, such as soreness, particularly in heavily muscled areas, and stiffness in the joints, where it can restricted mobility. It is also indicated for accelerating bone fracture healing.
Designed for general use, the Light Patch is one of the most versatile of the BioScan accessories. Place it anywhere on the horse's body for great results. Its flexibility allows you to position the 24 light-emitting diodes anywhere on the body. It can be placed under a leg wrap for lower leg injuries or on the back, or it can be taped on the neck or across the hamstrings. It can be easily taped in place to allow for hands-free treatment. The Light Patch is also ideal for use on small animals. Ankle Saver
The Ankle Saver is a neoprene product that allows for hands-free treatment of the ankle or fetlock joint, the second most commonly injured joint in the horse's body. The Ankle Saver's 18 powerful light energy diodes target all areas associated with common ankle problems. It helps correct problems in the lower portion and the extensor branch of the suspensory ligament, the deep and superficial flexor tendons, both sesamoids, osselets, joint inflammations, wind puffs, etc. The Ankle Saver can be used to treat existing injuries, relieve the effects of competitive stress and prevent ankle problems in all four legs. With a treatment time of only 15-20 minutes, it is convenient and easy to use.
Tendon/Shin Saver - (Single or Pair) The Tendon/Shin Saver is our #1 selling light accessory. Ideal for the treatment of the lower leg, the neoprene Tendon/Shin Saver allows for hands-free treatment of cannon bone and splint bone injuries as well as for injuries of the flexor tendons and suspensory ligament. The Tendon/Shin Saver can be used on any of the four legs, as well as for problems in the lower back, sore hamstrings, neck problems, etc. The elastic has been lengthened to accommodate use on the inner gaskin since this area is commonly sore in performance horses. The Tendon/Shin Saver can treat any area on which it is taped or positioned. It is strongly recommended for preventive maintenance.
Hock Saver - (Single or Pair)
The 18 light diodes
in the Hock Saver are strategically positioned to target
all the areas of the most common hock ailments. The
sturdy neoprene Hock Saver straps around the hock for
hands-free treatment of common hock ailments including
curbs, thorough pins, bog spavins, bone spavins,
collateral ligament strains, infections, internal joint
problems, etc. With a treatment time as little as 15-20
minutes, a pair of Hock Savers can be used on ten or
more horses per day. It is used on existing hock
problems and for the prevention of hock injuries. It is
strongly indicated for competitive horses that stress
their hocks constantly.
The neoprene Light Cap is a product for hands-free treatment of the frontal sinuses, the temporomandibular joint, occiput (base of the skull), atlas (first cervical vertebra), axis (second cervical vertebra) as well as some of the primary acupuncture points in the area.
